Steve McRae has recently accepted the position of Chairman of Hyperion. Steve has had extensive experience at establishing and building up companies in the IT sector, both in Australia and the United States. He has also been CEO and/or Chairman of several companies, including Energex Retail, Netlink and the Litmus Group.

Robert Dew has worked in industrial marketing for ten years. Before founding Hyperion, he was State Business Development Manager for Otis Building Technologies, and prior to that had sales/marketing positions with Gardner Perrott, a subsidiary of Brambles Ltd. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science and an MBA (with Distinction) from QUT.

Andrew Deans was the General Manager of Canterbury International before starting his own successful management consulting firm. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA.

Peter Kearney is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and partner at Williams & Partners, a Brisbane accounting firm. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and also the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Brad Fitzgerald has worked in the Northern Territory as General Manager of Original IT, a Darwin-based business start-up/incubator company. He has now taken the position of Managing Director of Commercial Capital, which has recently taken a substantial equity position in Hyperion. Brad has a geology degree and post-graduate business qualifications.

Leigh-Anne Beresford has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and has worked as an accountant for Gardner Perrott, Coca-Cola Amatil and Dairy Farmers.

Michael Trudgian graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 1995 with a Bachelor of Information Technology and has worked for Boeing and IBM as an analyst programmer.

Callum Lui founded and has managed Clui Urban since returning from Japan 4 years ago. His business' client portfolio includes Voxon Communications, Fagelio (commercial seating) and Citec. Callum has a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in the Built Environment. He has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Design.
