How autoSCRIBE™ works

The autoSCRIBE™ voice logbook has been designed to provide a paperless solution in situations where organisations have traditionally had to use logbook records for monitoring and compliance purposes. Typically, paper logbook entries raise concerns associated with accuracy, timeliness, completeness and veracity; the autoSCRIBE™ solution automates the process of capturing, storing. transferring and analysing relevant data so that managers can have much greater confidence in these records. Applications currently include FBT compliance, police operational logbook use, driver/vehicle management and safety/risk assessment surveys. An example is shown below.

The autoSCRIBE™ system was originally designed specifically to enable organisations to reduce their FBT costs on company vehicles. It is the only FBT compliance system on the market that:
